कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.

Krishna offers another level: "If even regular practice is too hard, then just dedicate your actions to Me. Simply doing things for My sake — even that will bring you to perfection."

Settle
If even practice feels beyond you, just dedicate your actions to the divine. The door keeps opening wider. Step through where you can.
The essence
Even your actions, dedicated, are enough.
Breathe
You take up an action You dedicate it to the divine
Contemplate
Which single action today could you dedicate to something larger?
Take with you
Write of one action you will offer, when practice feels too far.
