कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
अथैतदप्यशक्तोऽसि कर्तुं मद्योगमाश्रितः |
सर्वकर्मफलत्यागं ततः कुरु यतात्मवान् ||१२-११||
athaitadapyaśakto.asi kartuṃ madyogamāśritaḥ .
sarvakarmaphalatyāgaṃ tataḥ kuru yatātmavān ||12-11||
Krishna offers the simplest path of all: "And if even that is beyond you, then just let go of the results of everything you do. Practice self-control and surrender the outcomes. That is enough."

Settle
And if even that is too much, simply let go of the results of what you do. That alone brings peace. You are always met where you are.
The essence
Let go of the fruits, and find peace.
Breathe
You do what is yours You release every result
Contemplate
Which result are you gripping that you could simply release?
Take with you
Write of one outcome you are ready to let go of.
