कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
बहिरन्तश्च भूतानामचरं चरमेव च |
सूक्ष्मत्वात्तदविज्ञेयं दूरस्थं चान्तिके च तत् ||१३-१६||
bahirantaśca bhūtānāmacaraṃ carameva ca .
sūkṣmatvāttadavijñeyaṃ dūrasthaṃ cāntike ca tat ||13-16||
Krishna describes something beyond ordinary understanding: "It exists outside and inside all beings. It does not move, yet it moves. It is so subtle that it cannot be grasped. It is both infinitely far and incredibly close."

Settle
It is outside all things and within them, farther than the stars and nearer than your breath. Feel for the thing so close you keep missing it.
The essence
Nearer than your breath, yet easy to miss.
Breathe
You reach for what is nearest You stop looking far away
Contemplate
What is so close to you that you have overlooked it entirely?
Take with you
Write of what is nearest, the thing hardest to see.
