You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
ज्योतिषामपि तज्ज्योतिस्तमसः परमुच्यते |
ज्ञानं ज्ञेयं ज्ञानगम्यं हृदि सर्वस्य विष्ठितम् ||१३-१८||
jyotiṣāmapi tajjyotistamasaḥ paramucyate .
jñānaṃ jñeyaṃ jñānagamyaṃ hṛdi sarvasya viṣṭhitam ||13-18||
Krishna gives one of the most luminous descriptions in the Gita: "It is the light behind all lights — the one that exists beyond all darkness. It is knowledge itself, what knowledge is seeking, and where knowledge leads. It sits in the heart of every living being."

Settle
There is a light by which you even know you are aware. It is seated in your own heart. Turn quietly toward it.
The essence
One light shines behind all you see.
Breathe
You turn toward the inner light You release the darkness around it
Contemplate
What sees by a light that no lamp provides?
Take with you
Write toward the light in your own heart, or simply warm yourself by it.
