कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
श्रीभगवानुवाच |
इदं शरीरं कौन्तेय क्षेत्रमित्यभिधीयते |
एतद्यो वेत्ति तं प्राहुः क्षेत्रज्ञ इति तद्विदः ||१३-२||
śrībhagavānuvāca .
idaṃ śarīraṃ kaunteya kṣetramityabhidhīyate .
etadyo vetti taṃ prāhuḥ kṣetrajña iti tadvidaḥ ||13-2||
Krishna explains using a simple analogy: "This body, Arjuna, is called 'the field.' And the one who is conscious within the body — the one who watches, feels, and knows — is called 'the knower of the field.'"

BG 13.2
Settle
You are the field of this body; you are the knower of the field. You are neither the body nor the mind — you are the eternal consciousness that witnesses all of these.
The essence
You are the knower, not the field.
Breathe
You watch the field You rest as the knower
Contemplate
Who is the one aware of your body, thoughts, and feelings?
Take with you
Write from the awareness that watches, not from what it watches.
