कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
प्रकृत्यैव च कर्माणि क्रियमाणानि सर्वशः |
यः पश्यति तथात्मानमकर्तारं स पश्यति ||१३-३०||
prakṛtyaiva ca karmāṇi kriyamāṇāni sarvaśaḥ .
yaḥ paśyati tathātmānamakartāraṃ sa paśyati ||13-30||
Krishna says: "The one who sees clearly understands that all actions are performed by nature alone — and that the true self does nothing. That person really sees."

Settle
Every action is performed by nature alone; the self does nothing. Sit and watch the body act while you simply witness.
The essence
Nature acts; the self only watches.
Breathe
You watch the body act You rest as the one who watches
Contemplate
If nature is doing the acting, what is your true work?
Take with you
Write of the watcher who does nothing, yet sees everything.
