कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
सहजं कर्म कौन्तेय सदोषमपि न त्यजेत् |
सर्वारम्भा हि दोषेण धूमेनाग्निरिवावृताः ||१८-४८||
sahajaṃ karma kaunteya sadoṣamapi na tyajet .
sarvārambhā hi doṣeṇa dhūmenāgnirivāvṛtāḥ ||18-48||
Krishna says: "Don't abandon the work you were born to do, Arjuna, even if it has flaws. Every undertaking has some imperfection — just as every fire produces some smoke."

Settle
Every fire makes some smoke; every real work has its flaws. Let the smoke be, and tend your fire.
The essence
Every fire carries a little smoke.
Breathe
You accept the fire You let the smoke be
Contemplate
What work have you abandoned because it was not flawless?
Take with you
Write of the smoke you have been refusing to accept with your fire.
