कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.

Arjuna answers — and these are the last words he speaks in the Gita: "My confusion is gone, Krishna. Through Your grace, I have remembered who I am. My doubts have been destroyed. I will do as You say."

Settle
Like Arjuna, you can arrive at the moment confusion lifts and you remember who you are. Sit with that quiet resolve.
The essence
The confusion clears; I remember who I am.
Breathe
You remember who you are You release the last doubt
Contemplate
What becomes clear in you when the confusion finally lifts?
Take with you
Write of who you are, now that you remember.
