कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
अविनाशि तु तद्विद्धि येन सर्वमिदं ततम् |
विनाशमव्ययस्यास्य न कश्चित्कर्तुमर्हति ||२-१७||
avināśi tu tadviddhi yena sarvamidaṃ tatam .
vināśamavyayasyāsya na kaścitkartumarhati ||2-17||
Krishna says: "There is something that fills and holds together everything in this universe. Nothing can damage it. Nothing can destroy it. No force in existence can touch it."

Settle
Beneath everything you can see, something holds it all and cannot be broken. Lean back into it.
The essence
The ground of all this cannot be destroyed.
Breathe
You feel the indestructible You let go of what can break
Contemplate
When everything breakable is stripped away, what remains?
Take with you
Rest in the unbreakable, and write only if words rise.
