कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
the soul changes worn clothes
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
वासांसि जीर्णानि यथा विहाय
नवानि गृह्णाति नरोऽपराणि |
तथा शरीराणि विहाय जीर्णा-
न्यन्यानि संयाति नवानि देही ||२-२२||
vāsāṃsi jīrṇāni yathā vihāya navāni gṛhṇāti naro.aparāṇi .
tathā śarīrāṇi vihāya jīrṇāni anyāni saṃyāti navāni dehī ||2-22||
Krishna gives Arjuna a vivid picture: "Think of how you take off old worn-out clothes and put on fresh new ones. That is exactly what the soul does — it sheds a worn-out body and moves into a new one."

BG 2.22
Settle
Think of something you are afraid to lose. Let it loosen like a worn coat slipping from your shoulders.
The essence
Bodies change like clothes; you remain.
Breathe
You wear this moment lightly You let the old fall away
Contemplate
What are you still gripping that is only a worn garment?
Take with you
Name one change you have been resisting, and set it down here.
