कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
नैनं छिन्दन्ति शस्त्राणि नैनं दहति पावकः |
न चैनं क्लेदयन्त्यापो न शोषयति मारुतः ||२-२३||
nainaṃ chindanti śastrāṇi nainaṃ dahati pāvakaḥ .
na cainaṃ kledayantyāpo na śoṣayati mārutaḥ ||2-23||
Krishna describes how indestructible the soul is: "No weapon can cut it. Fire cannot burn it. Water cannot soak it. Wind cannot dry it out."

Settle
No weapon, no fire, no flood has ever reached the deepest part of you. Let that part come forward now.
The essence
Nothing can cut, burn, or drown what you are.
Breathe
You touch what cannot be harmed You release what you were protecting
Contemplate
What in you have you been defending that was never in danger?
Take with you
Write toward the part of you that no harm has ever reached.
