Settle
Even a little of this practice shields you from great fear. You do not have to master it. One breath of awareness is enough.
The essence
Even a little of this protects you.
Breathe
One conscious breath You let that be enough
Contemplate
Where have you waited to master something before letting it help you?
Take with you
Write of how even a little practice has already protected you.
