कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
बुद्धियुक्तो जहातीह उभे सुकृतदुष्कृते |
तस्माद्योगाय युज्यस्व योगः कर्मसु कौशलम् ||२-५०||
buddhiyukto jahātīha ubhe sukṛtaduṣkṛte .
tasmādyogāya yujyasva yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam ||2-50||
Krishna explains: "When your mind is balanced like this, you move beyond both good luck and bad luck in this life. So commit to this balance — yoga is being skillful in how you act, not in what you get."

Settle
Yoga is not what your work earns but the attention you pour into it. Bring that full attention here, to this breath.
The essence
Skill in action is full attention.
Breathe
You gather your attention You pour it into this one moment
Contemplate
What ordinary task could you do as if it were the whole practice?
Take with you
Write of one small task you will give your whole attention to.
