You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.

The essence
Satisfied in the self, by the self.
Breathe
You find satisfaction within You release every craving of the mind
Contemplate
What are you seeking from outside that you could find within?
Take with you
Write of what you would need nothing and no one for, just today.
