You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.

Krishna says: "In that deep peace, all suffering dissolves. When the mind is truly at peace, wisdom settles in naturally and stays — like still water becoming clear."

Settle
In peace, suffering dissolves, and wisdom settles in on its own — like still water becoming clear. Let your mind settle now.
The essence
In peace, suffering dissolves on its own.
Breathe
You let the water settle You let it grow clear
Contemplate
What clarity might arrive on its own if you simply let your mind settle?
Take with you
Write of what becomes clear when you stop stirring the water.
