You have the right to act...
be the ocean, not the rivers
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.

Krishna paints a final picture for Arjuna: "Think of the ocean. Rivers pour into it from every direction, constantly, endlessly. But the ocean stays completely still and full. A truly peaceful person is like that — desires keep flowing in, but they remain absolutely unmoved."

Settle
Rivers pour into the ocean from every side, yet it stays still and full. Let desires and worries flow in. Be the ocean.
The essence
Be the ocean — full, and unmoved.
Breathe
You let the rivers come You stay full and unmoved
Contemplate
What floods into you that you could simply hold, like the sea?
Take with you
Write of the rivers rushing into you, and the ocean that holds them.
