कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
विहाय कामान्यः सर्वान्पुमांश्चरति निःस्पृहः |
निर्ममो निरहङ्कारः स शान्तिमधिगच्छति ||२-७१||
vihāya kāmānyaḥ sarvānpumāṃścarati niḥspṛhaḥ .
nirmamo nirahaṅkāraḥ sa śāntimadhigacchati ||2-71||
Krishna says: "The person who gives up all cravings, who walks through life without longing, without the feeling of 'this is mine,' without ego — that person finds real peace."

Settle
Imagine moving through your day without the weight of mine, without longing tugging you forward. Feel how light that is.
The essence
Move through the world without longing, without mine.
Breathe
You arrive empty-handed You release the word mine
Contemplate
What would you set down if you let go of mine for a day?
Take with you
Write of one thing you cling to as mine, and how it feels to loosen it.
