कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
तस्मादसक्तः सततं कार्यं कर्म समाचर |
असक्तो ह्याचरन्कर्म परमाप्नोति पूरुषः ||३-१९||
tasmādasaktaḥ satataṃ kāryaṃ karma samācara .
asakto hyācarankarma paramāpnoti pūruṣaḥ ||3-19||
Krishna gives Arjuna practical advice: "So always do what needs to be done — but without clinging to it. A person who acts without attachment reaches the highest state."

Settle
The action can flow through you without your clinging to it. You are not the doer, only the open instrument.
The essence
Act, and let the action flow through you.
Breathe
You become the instrument You release your grip on the doing
Contemplate
What would your work feel like if it simply moved through you?
Take with you
Write of work you could do as though for someone you love.
