कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
प्रकृतेः क्रियमाणानि गुणैः कर्माणि सर्वशः |
अहङ्कारविमूढात्मा कर्ताहमिति मन्यते ||३-२७||
prakṛteḥ kriyamāṇāni guṇaiḥ karmāṇi sarvaśaḥ .
ahaṅkāravimūḍhātmā kartāhamiti manyate ||3-27||
Krishna reveals something important: "Everything that happens is actually done by the forces of nature. But a person whose ego is in the way thinks, 'I am the one doing all of this.'"

Settle
Your breath is happening without you. So much moves without your effort. Sit and watch the doing do itself.
The essence
Nature acts; the ego only claims it.
Breathe
You let breath breathe you You release the thought I am the doer
Contemplate
How much of today happened without you making it happen?
Take with you
Write of one thing you take credit for that simply unfolded.
