कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
यदृच्छालाभसन्तुष्टो द्वन्द्वातीतो विमत्सरः |
समः सिद्धावसिद्धौ च कृत्वापि न निबध्यते ||४-२२||
yadṛcchālābhasantuṣṭo dvandvātīto vimatsaraḥ .
samaḥ siddhāvasiddhau ca kṛtvāpi na nibadhyate ||4-22||
Krishna describes the truly free person: "Content with whatever comes their way without effort, unaffected by opposites like hot and cold or success and failure, free from envy — even though this person acts, nothing sticks to them."

Settle
This moment arrived without your striving for it. Receive it exactly as it came, wanting nothing else.
The essence
Content with whatever arrives.
Breathe
You receive what came You release the wish for something else
Contemplate
Can you want nothing more than what this moment brought?
Take with you
Write of what arrived today that you did not have to chase.
