कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
यथैधांसि समिद्धोऽग्निर्भस्मसात्कुरुतेऽर्जुन |
ज्ञानाग्निः सर्वकर्माणि भस्मसात्कुरुते तथा ||४-३७||
yathaidhāṃsi samiddho.agnirbhasmasātkurute.arjuna .
jñānāgniḥ sarvakarmāṇi bhasmasātkurute tathā ||4-37||
Krishna gives a powerful image: "Just as a blazing fire turns wood to ashes, Arjuna — the fire of knowledge turns all accumulated actions to ashes. Nothing is left."

BG 4.37
Settle
As fire turns wood to ash, clear understanding burns away the weight of the past. Let one old burden meet that fire.
The essence
Knowledge burns the past to ash.
Breathe
You bring the weight to fire You let it turn to ash
Contemplate
What old burden is ready to be burned away by clear seeing?
Take with you
Write of one thing from the past you are ready to release to the fire.
