कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
ब्रह्मण्याधाय कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा करोति यः |
लिप्यते न स पापेन पद्मपत्रमिवाम्भसा ||५-१०||
brahmaṇyādhāya karmāṇi saṅgaṃ tyaktvā karoti yaḥ .
lipyate na sa pāpena padmapatramivāmbhasā ||5-10||
Krishna gives Arjuna a beautiful image: "A person who acts as an offering to the divine, without clinging to results, is not touched by wrongdoing — just as a lotus leaf sits on water but never gets wet."

Settle
Let the day rest upon you as water rests upon a lotus leaf—present, yet never penetrating. Offer your actions to the Divine, and remain untouched by their fruits.
The essence
Act as an offering; stay untouched.
Breathe
You offer what you do You let it slide off like water
Contemplate
What are you letting soak in that could simply slide away?
Take with you
Write of one thing you want to let roll off you today.
