You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.

prāṇāpānau samau kṛtvā nāsābhyantaracāriṇau ||5-27||
Krishna teaches Arjuna a meditation practice: "Shut out all contact with the outside world. Fix your gaze gently between your eyebrows. Balance the flow of your breathing — the inhale and the exhale moving evenly through the nostrils."

Settle
Let the doors of the senses soften closed. Rest your inner gaze between the brows and turn quietly inward.
The essence
Close the senses; turn within.
Breathe
You draw inward You let the outer world recede
Contemplate
What do you notice when the outer world goes quiet?
Take with you
Write of what waits for you when you finally turn inward.
