कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
नात्यश्नतस्तु योगोऽस्ति न चैकान्तमनश्नतः |
न चातिस्वप्नशीलस्य जाग्रतो नैव चार्जुन ||६-१६||
nātyaśnatastu yogo.asti na caikāntamanaśnataḥ .
na cātisvapnaśīlasya jāgrato naiva cārjuna ||6-16||
Krishna teaches Arjuna about balance: "Yoga does not work for someone who eats too much or too little, or someone who sleeps too much or too little. Extremes defeat the purpose."

Settle
Not too much, not too little. Krishna asks not for extremes but for the gentle middle. Rest there now.
The essence
Not too much, not too little — the middle.
Breathe
You find the middle You release the pull toward extremes
Contemplate
Where are you overdoing or underdoing instead of finding the middle?
