Settle
A simple balance — in eating, resting, working — quietly dissolves suffering. Feel for that balance here.
The essence
Balance itself dissolves suffering.
Breathe
You find your balance You release the strain of excess
Contemplate
What suffering in you comes simply from being out of balance?
Take with you
Write of one balance your body or mind is asking for.
