कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
यदा विनियतं चित्तमात्मन्येवावतिष्ठते |
निःस्पृहः सर्वकामेभ्यो युक्त इत्युच्यते तदा ||६-१८||
yadā viniyataṃ cittamātmanyevāvatiṣṭhate .
niḥspṛhaḥ sarvakāmebhyo yukta ityucyate tadā ||6-18||
Krishna describes what unity feels like: "When the perfectly controlled mind rests in the true self alone — when it has stopped longing for anything outside — that person is truly united."

Settle
When the mind comes to rest in the Self, released from all craving and desire, you attain union — not with something distant or remote, but with that which has eternally dwelt within you.
The essence
The mind rests in the self, and is united.
Breathe
You rest in the self You release longing for anything else
Contemplate
What longing quiets when you rest in what is already here?
Take with you
Write of what becomes unnecessary when the longing goes quiet.
