कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
शनैः शनैरुपरमेद् बुद्ध्या धृतिगृहीतया |
आत्मसंस्थं मनः कृत्वा न किञ्चिदपि चिन्तयेत् ||६-२५||
śanaiḥ śanairuparamed buddhyā dhṛtigṛhītayā .
ātmasaṃsthaṃ manaḥ kṛtvā na kiñcidapi cintayet ||6-25||
Krishna advises patience: "Step by step — slowly, gradually — let the mind settle into the self through steady, firm practice. Once the mind is anchored in the self, stop thinking about anything else."

Settle
There is no need to arrive all at once. Little by little, let the mind settle. Permit yourself to be slow.
The essence
Little by little, the mind grows still.
Breathe
You settle a little more You release the rush to arrive
Contemplate
Where are you demanding sudden change instead of slow settling?
Take with you
Write of one thing you could let happen gradually.
