कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
यतो यतो निश्चरति मनश्चञ्चलमस्थिरम् |
ततस्ततो नियम्यैतदात्मन्येव वशं नयेत् ||६-२६||
yato yato niścarati manaścañcalamasthiram .
tatastato niyamyaitadātmanyeva vaśaṃ nayet ||6-26||
Krishna gives the key technique: "Whenever the restless, unsteady mind wanders off — to whatever it wanders off to — gently bring it back and place it under the control of the self. Again and again."

Settle
Wherever your mind wanders, the whole practice is simply to bring it back. Nothing more is asked.
The essence
Wherever it wanders, bring it back.
Breathe
You return You let the wandering go
Contemplate
Can you meet your own drifting with kindness instead of blame?
Take with you
Write of where your mind keeps going when it leaves the present.
