कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
the restless mind, like the wind
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
चञ्चलं हि मनः कृष्ण प्रमाथि बलवद् दृढम् |
तस्याहं निग्रहं मन्ये वायोरिव सुदुष्करम् ||६-३४||
cañcalaṃ hi manaḥ kṛṣṇa pramāthi balavad dṛḍham .
tasyāhaṃ nigrahaṃ manye vāyoriva suduṣkaram ||6-34||
Arjuna continues: "The mind is restless, turbulent, strong, and stubborn, Krishna. Trying to control it feels as impossible as trying to control the wind."

Settle
Your mind is restless as the wind, and that is no failure. Sit back and simply watch it move.
The essence
The mind is restless as the wind.
Breathe
You watch the mind's wind You stop fighting it
Contemplate
What happens if you watch your restlessness instead of fixing it?
Take with you
Write what the wind of your mind keeps circling back to.
