कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
मत्तः परतरं नान्यत्किञ्चिदस्ति धनञ्जय |
मयि सर्वमिदं प्रोतं सूत्रे मणिगणा इव ||७-७||
mattaḥ parataraṃ nānyatkiñcidasti dhanañjaya .
mayi sarvamidaṃ protaṃ sūtre maṇigaṇā iva ||7-7||
Krishna makes a sweeping declaration: "There is nothing in existence that is higher than Me, Arjuna. Everything in this universe is strung on Me — like pearls on a thread."

Settle
Everything you see is strung on one invisible thread. The thread is unseen, yet it holds all of it. Feel for the thread.
The essence
All of this is strung on one thread.
Breathe
You feel for the unseen thread You trust what holds it all together
Contemplate
What invisible thread connects the scattered things of your life?
Take with you
Write of the thread you sense beneath the surface of things.
