You have the right to act...
a leaf, a flower, offered with love
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
पत्रं पुष्पं फलं तोयं यो मे भक्त्या प्रयच्छति |
तदहं भक्त्युपहृतमश्नामि प्रयतात्मनः ||९-२६||
patraṃ puṣpaṃ phalaṃ toyaṃ yo me bhaktyā prayacchati .
tadahaṃ bhaktyupahṛtamaśnāmi prayatātmanaḥ ||9-26||
Krishna says something that removes all barriers between the divine and ordinary people: "If someone offers Me just a leaf, a flower, a piece of fruit, or even a little water — but offers it with genuine love and a pure heart — I accept it."

BG 9.26
Settle
A leaf, a flower, a little water — offered with genuine love — is enough. Devotion asks for sincerity, not for grandeur.
The essence
A small thing, offered with love, is enough.
Breathe
You gather a small offering You give it with your whole heart
Contemplate
What small, sincere thing could you offer with your whole heart?
Take with you
Write of one humble thing you would offer, and to whom.
