You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
मया ततमिदं सर्वं जगदव्यक्तमूर्तिना |
मत्स्थानि सर्वभूतानि न चाहं तेष्ववस्थितः ||९-४||
mayā tatamidaṃ sarvaṃ jagadavyaktamūrtinā .
matsthāni sarvabhūtāni na cāhaṃ teṣvavasthitaḥ ||9-4||
Krishna describes his relationship to the universe: "I fill this entire world in a form you cannot see. Every living being exists within Me — but I am not confined inside them."

Settle
An unseen presence fills this whole world. All things rest in it, though it is held by none. Sit with this quiet paradox.
The essence
The unseen holds all that is seen.
Breathe
You rest in the unseen You let it hold all things
Contemplate
What would change if the invisible truly held the visible?
Take with you
Write toward the unseen that quietly contains everything.
