“Krishna continues: "Strengthened by that faith, the person worships that particular form and gets what they desire from it. But it is actually I who is granting it — through that form."”
Today's verse is BG 7.22:
“Krishna continues: "Strengthened by that faith, the person worships that particular form and gets what they desire from it. But it is actually I who is granting it — through that form."”
Let this verse settle in you slowly. The Gita asks not so much to be read as to be lived — its words meet you in the ordinary texture of your day, in the choices, the duties, and the uncertainties you are carrying right now.
Sit with it for a moment before moving on. Notice the line that stays with you, and the one that unsettles you. Both have something to teach.
“How would you explain this teaching to a friend going through a hard time?”
