prakṛtyaiva ca karmāṇi kriyamāṇāni sarvaśaḥ . yaḥ paśyati tathātmānamakartāraṃ sa paśyati ||13-30||
He sees, who sees that all actions are performed by Nature alone and that the Self is actionless.
