આ શ્લોકનું ધ્યાન: શાંતિથી બેસો, તેના અર્થ સાથે શ્વાસ લો, મૌનમાં વિશ્રામ લો, અને તેનો સાર તમારા દિવસમાં લઈ જાઓ।
दिवि सूर्यसहस्रस्य भवेद्युगपदुत्थिता |
यदि भाः सदृशी सा स्याद्भासस्तस्य महात्मनः ||११-१२||
દિવિ સૂર્યસહસ્રસ્ય ભવેદ્યુગપદુત્થિતા . યદિ ભાઃ સદૃશી સા સ્યાદ્ભાસસ્તસ્ય મહાત્મનઃ ॥11-12॥
જો આકાશમાં એક સાથે હજાર સૂર્યોનું તેજ પ્રજ્વલિત થાય, તો તે કદાચ તે મહાન સ્વરૂપ (મહાત્મા)ના તેજ સમાન હોય.
