આ શ્લોકનું ધ્યાન: શાંતિથી બેસો, તેના અર્થ સાથે શ્વાસ લો, મૌનમાં વિશ્રામ લો, અને તેનો સાર તમારા દિવસમાં લઈ જાઓ।
बहिरन्तश्च भूतानामचरं चरमेव च |
सूक्ष्मत्वात्तदविज्ञेयं दूरस्थं चान्तिके च तत् ||१३-१६||
બહિરન્તશ્ચ ભૂતાનામચરં ચરમેવ ચ . સૂક્ષ્મત્વાત્તદવિજ્ઞેયં દૂરસ્થં ચાન્તિકે ચ તત્ ॥13-16॥
પ્રાણીઓની બહાર અને અંદર, અચર અને ચર પણ; પોતાની સૂક્ષ્મતાને કારણે અજ્ઞેય; અને તે દૂર તથા સમીપ પણ છે.
