આ શ્લોકનું ધ્યાન: શાંતિથી બેસો, તેના અર્થ સાથે શ્વાસ લો, મૌનમાં વિશ્રામ લો, અને તેનો સાર તમારા દિવસમાં લઈ જાઓ।
यथा प्रकाशयत्येकः कृत्स्नं लोकमिमं रविः |
क्षेत्रं क्षेत्री तथा कृत्स्नं प्रकाशयति भारत ||१३-३४||
યથા પ્રકાશયત્યેકઃ કૃત્સ્નં લોકમિમં રવિઃ . ક્ષેત્રં ક્ષેત્રી તથા કૃત્સ્નં પ્રકાશયતિ ભારત ॥13-34॥
હે અર્જુન, જેમ એક સૂર્ય સમગ્ર જગતને પ્રકાશિત કરે છે, તેમ ક્ષેત્રનો સ્વામી (પરમ આત્મા) સમગ્ર ક્ષેત્રને પ્રકાશિત કરે છે.
