આ શ્લોકનું ધ્યાન: શાંતિથી બેસો, તેના અર્થ સાથે શ્વાસ લો, મૌનમાં વિશ્રામ લો, અને તેનો સાર તમારા દિવસમાં લઈ જાઓ।
यावानर्थ उदपाने सर्वतः सम्प्लुतोदके |
तावान्सर्वेषु वेदेषु ब्राह्मणस्य विजानतः ||२-४६||
યાવાનર્થ ઉદપાને સર્વતઃ સમ્પ્લુતોદકે . તાવાન્સર્વેષુ વેદેષુ બ્રાહ્મણસ્ય વિજાનતઃ ॥2-46॥
જેણે આત્માને જાણ્યો છે તે બ્રાહ્મણ માટે સર્વ વેદો એટલા જ ઉપયોગી છે જેટલો ચારે બાજુ જળમય સ્થાનમાં જળાશય.
