આ શ્લોકનું ધ્યાન: શાંતિથી બેસો, તેના અર્થ સાથે શ્વાસ લો, મૌનમાં વિશ્રામ લો, અને તેનો સાર તમારા દિવસમાં લઈ જાઓ।
यदृच्छालाभसन्तुष्टो द्वन्द्वातीतो विमत्सरः |
समः सिद्धावसिद्धौ च कृत्वापि न निबध्यते ||४-२२||
યદૃચ્છાલાભસન્તુષ્ટો દ્વન્દ્વાતીતો વિમત્સરઃ . સમઃ સિદ્ધાવસિદ્ધૌ ચ કૃત્વાપિ ન નિબધ્યતે ॥4-22॥
આપમેળે પ્રાપ્ત થાય તેમાં સંતુષ્ટ, દ્વંદ્વો અને ઈર્ષ્યાથી મુક્ત, સફળતા-નિષ્ફળતામાં સમ, કર્મ કરતો છતાં તે બંધાતો નથી.
