આ શ્લોકનું ધ્યાન: શાંતિથી બેસો, તેના અર્થ સાથે શ્વાસ લો, મૌનમાં વિશ્રામ લો, અને તેનો સાર તમારા દિવસમાં લઈ જાઓ।
मत्तः परतरं नान्यत्किञ्चिदस्ति धनञ्जय |
मयि सर्वमिदं प्रोतं सूत्रे मणिगणा इव ||७-७||
મત્તઃ પરતરં નાન્યત્કિઞ્ચિદસ્તિ ધનઞ્જય . મયિ સર્વમિદં પ્રોતં સૂત્રે મણિગણા ઇવ ॥7-7॥
હે અર્જુન, મારાથી શ્રેષ્ઠ બીજું કંઈ જ નથી. જેમ દોરામાં મણિઓ પરોવાય તેમ આ સર્વ મારામાં પરોવાયેલું છે.
