“Krishna shows Arjuna how the mind destroys itself step by step: "It starts when you keep thinking about something. That constant thinking creates attachment. Attachment grows into desire. And when that desire is blocked or frustrated, it explodes into anger."”
Today's verse is BG 2.62:
“Krishna shows Arjuna how the mind destroys itself step by step: "It starts when you keep thinking about something. That constant thinking creates attachment. Attachment grows into desire. And when that desire is blocked or frustrated, it explodes into anger."”
This verse invites us to pause and reflect on how we engage with action and its outcomes. The teaching is not abstract — it speaks directly to how we move through each day, each decision, each moment of uncertainty.
Take a moment to sit with this teaching. Notice what resonates. Notice what challenges you.
