कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते
You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.
अव्यक्तोऽयमचिन्त्योऽयमविकार्योऽयमुच्यते |
तस्मादेवं विदित्वैनं नानुशोचितुमर्हसि ||२-२५||
avyakto.ayamacintyo.ayamavikāryo.ayamucyate .
tasmādevaṃ viditvainaṃ nānuśocitumarhasi ||2-25||
Krishna says: "The soul cannot be seen with your eyes. The mind cannot fully grasp it. It never changes. Once you understand this, grief has no reason to exist."

Settle
Stop reaching with thought. What you are looking for is already here when thinking rests.
The essence
What you are cannot be thought.
Breathe
You stop grasping with the mind You let thinking settle
Contemplate
What is here in the gap between two thoughts?
Take with you
Let stillness speak first; words can come after, or not at all.
