You have the right to act...
A guided meditation on this verse: settle, breathe with its meaning, rest in silence, and carry its essence into your day.

Settle
The enemy is not out there. It is desire and anger, born in you. Sit and face it without fighting.
The essence
The enemy lives within, not without.
Breathe
You face what is within You stop making enemies outside
Contemplate
What outer enemy is really an unmet desire in you?
Take with you
Name the inner force you keep blaming on others.
