1. Service Description

Daily Gita Meditation provides AI-generated content based on the Bhagavad Gita for educational and spiritual exploration. The service includes a verse explorer with multi-tradition commentaries, structured courses, and daily wisdom teachings.

Daily Gita Meditation is NOT:

  • Therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
  • Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
  • A substitute for professional help of any kind
  • A spiritual authority, guru, or teacher

2. AI-Generated Content

Daily Gita Meditation uses large language models to generate commentaries, daily wisdom teachings, and on-demand translations. This content:

  • Is generated by pattern-matching on text, not by a conscious or wise being
  • May be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
  • May not represent any specific scholarly tradition accurately
  • Should not be relied upon for important life decisions

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of AI interpretations. Commentaries labeled “AI-generated” are syntheses that may not represent any single school of thought.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. In India, you must be at least 18 years old (per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

Daily Gita Meditation includes automated crisis detection that may display emergency resources in place of AI-generated content. This is a safety feature, not a diagnostic tool.

6. Intellectual Property

The Bhagavad Gita is an ancient text in the public domain. Specific translations and commentaries are attributed to their respective authors and traditions. AI-generated content is provided as-is. You retain all rights to your own input and reflections.

The Daily Gita Meditation application is open-source software licensed under AGPLv3.
