बन्धुरात्मात्मनस्तस्य येनात्मैवात्मना जितः | अनात्मनस्तु शत्रुत्वे वर्तेतात्मैव शत्रुवत् ||६-६||
“Krishna explains what he means: "For the person who has mastered themselves, their own self is their greatest friend and ally. But for the person who has no self-control, their own self works against them like an enemy."”
Today's verse is BG 6.6:
