Arjuna has begun to glimpse who Krishna truly is. Now Krishna speaks plainly of his place at the origin of everything — not as a boast, but as an invitation to wonder.

अहं सर्वस्य प्रभवो मत्तः सर्वं प्रवर्तते | इति मत्वा भजन्ते मां बुधा भावसमन्विताः ||१०-८||

“Krishna states the essence: "I am the source of everything. Every single thing in existence evolves from Me. The wise who understand this worship Me with all their heart."”

'I am the source of all; from me everything flows. Knowing this, the wise worship me, full of feeling.' Every thought, every being, every turning of the world arises from one ground. To truly grasp this is not a dry fact — Krishna says it fills the heart with bhava, with warmth and devotion.

तेषां सततयुक्तानां भजतां प्रीतिपूर्वकम् | ददामि बुद्धियोगं तं येन मामुपयान्ति ते ||१०-१०||

“Krishna makes a personal promise: "To those who are always devoted and who worship Me with love — I give them the clarity and understanding they need to reach Me."”

And to those who love in this way, Krishna makes a quiet promise: 'To them, ever devoted, worshipping me with love, I give the yoga of understanding by which they come to me.' The seeker is not left to struggle alone in the dark. Sincere love is met, from within, by a light that guides the way home.
